“I phoned to inquire about a new stylus for my vintage cartridge. Ross explained how cartridges deteriorate over time and suggested it might be cost effective to look at a comparable new one. A couple of days later I visited the store. Ross showed me some comparable cartridges and after I picked one he offered to install it and set it up at no extra charge. He took his time getting it set up right then took even more time to connect my turntable to one of his systems so we could give it a listening test. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. Kudos to Ross!!”
