“Absolutely amazing meal! I went with my friend who is celiac and had tried Selia bar prior to our visit. She raved about it so much that I had to give it a try. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. First, the location is great. Lots of parking. We made reservations just in case but it didn’t end up being too busy. We ordered the steak frites and added the onion aioli. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The garlic bread was delicious, couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. The onion rings and fries were amazing too, especially with the aioli. We also ordered the Caesar salad and added fried chicken. Again, you couldn’t tell it was gluten free. Everything was super flavourful and fresh. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Selia bar. I can see why my friend wanted to return. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.”

“This is my go-to place for sending anything to my family in China, and I will not stop going despite the negative comments people have made, based on their limited exposure to a one-sided news coverage. I was one of the few who bought masks and other supplies from CCA logistics back in March, and again in May. In both instances, before I had a chance to inquire on the prices, the owner always warned me that the price is high due to higher costs from suppliers, and suggested that if I am in no rush, wait until the costs come down. I bought them anyway, you know why? Because nothing was available elsewhere, and I was WILLING to pay for it. Pre-COVID, I was always able to get good deals from CCA, and the owner always matched or beat anything I was able to find from other places. He was willing forgo his profit just to keep me as his customer, that's the kind of person he is. Local and small businesses are in pain right now, and this one is no exception. I would hate to see people spreading salt on their wounds, without personal experience or knowledge on the matter. And I encourage anyone who bothers to read my comment to give them a try, I will wait for your clap back. Thank you”

I’m normally a pretty plain gal, so it’s usually outside my comfort zone but I really love what she did. They also accommodated an expedited appointment. “We went for a birthday party and they were great. They don't answer phone calls but email is a good way to contact them. The room has work station around on the wall and there's clear screens between seats if you need extra protection. We did clay session and I don't think the room is arranged for proper party/eating. All kids and adults enjoyed the craft a lot. They said they would request vaccine paper but no one checked ours upon arrival. Overall a great neighbourhood destination for art and craft.”
