“I booked with Lauren for classic lash extensions, and I don’t know what this girl did, but she worked some serious magic. They look so natural yet so full, and 2 weeks in they’re still 90% intact. Never in my life have I had lashes hold up so well, even through getting the soaked almost daily. Usually 2 weeks in I lose 3/4 of my lashes, but this girl’s got some serious talent. If I could give her more than 5 stars I definitely would, go book with Lauren! She was so kind and paid attention to every detail, not to mention how I was a model client for one of her first sets, and if the girl is THAT good just starting out, I can guarantee you that she will do even better now. Update 4 weeks in: 50% of my lashes are still on this gal is a wizard or something I’ve never had lashes stay on this long let alone look so good a month in”

“We tried this as a part of pizza week in Calgary. We ordered the Villages Special and the Mediterranean pizzas. Ordering was easy on their website. It was ready on time for pick-up and it looks like they only do pick-up or delivery. Both pizzas looked hearty with lots of ingredients. We had the classic crust and the pizza was cooked right through (which can be a problem with loaded pizzas) but Villages Pizza had this nailed on out order. From the first bite we noticed it wasn't as salty as some pizzas - a bonus for people watching their sodium intake. Our friend finds even mildly spicy food difficult (that's why we got the Mediterranean) and she found both pizzas delightful. I like a bit more zing and flavour and I found them to be a bit bland. I tried a sprinkle of cider vinegar on the Special and a dollop of balsamic reduction for dipping with the Mediterranean and these additions just kicked it up a notch. Villages Pizza has a discount for the second pizza. I can see how it would be great for larger crowds especially if you are buying for kids. Its easy to have some hot pepper flakes, pickled banana peppers or balsamic reduction on the side for those who want it.”

“Soul Kitchen did an excellent job catering our July wedding. David was very professional, and quick to respond to emails and the day of the wedding they were very helpful and friendly. The food was all hot and ready on time and was absolutely amazing! We had numerous guests comment that it was the best wedding food they ever had! The food variety was excellent! We had brisket, pulled pork, and chicken which were all very flavourful and cooked perfectly! The sides were mac and cheese, warm potato salad, baked beans and coleslaw. My favourite was the potato salad, but they were all amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate a dietary restriction by finding something for a vegan guest. I would highly recommend them for any catering need you have!”

“Wanted to book a nail trim appointment for my dog and the staff were able to get my dog in very quickly. It looks like a small place but they have about 3 or 4 tables where the dogs are groomed. The nail trimming went very well and super quick and half the price of pet smart who do a horrible job so I'll be bringing my dog here from now on.”
