He took the time to show me what he was doing and why he was doing it while providing advice and answering questions that will ensure I get the most and longest life out of my system as possible. Will have Jeremy perform AC and Furnace preventative maintenance every year moving forward in an effort to extend the life of my units as long as possible. “Building my Bungalow Villa in Mahogany with Baywest has been an enjoyable and “easy” process due to the invaluable Team they provide. Doug Judd the Sales Rep has been an absolute joy to deal with. Through the entire process he has always been helpful, patient and accommodating with my numerous questions and requests, and has offered great suggestions and recommendations. He answers texts and emails during his off time which is never expected, but always appreciated. He sends progress pictures of the build which is always exciting to receive since I live across the city. Ashley the Designer is fabulous. I walked into my first appointment feeling overwhelmed at the thought of having to make so many decisions. Ashley expertly navigated the appointments into a fun, easy and rewarding experience. There was never any pressure to choose upgrades however the suggestions she presented where so valuable, as I would never have thought of them on my own. I would like to note that not many upgrades were needed, since Baywest's Standard already includes numerous upgrades. The Realtor that Baywest provided to sell my house was not just “any” Realtor, but one of the top rated in the City. David Johnson is very professional and a great guy to deal with. He worked relentlessly, and come offer day, he cancelled appointments and dedicated the entire day negotiating between 2 offers to get me the best deal. Also to note, the sale was done in 9 days during COVID. Josh at Cartwright Lighting was very helpful with choosing my lighting selections. He had all of my plans ready which helped with scale and made the process seamless. Ashley also met me at the store to help make the selections that would work in my house. I was then emailed pictures of all of my selections which is nice for reference. Steve at Trail Appliances was very knowledgeable and directed me to choose the appliances that work for me. I am extremely happy and grateful with Baywest and the amazing Team that they have put together to make my home building process such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company and their outstanding Team!”

“I used Lee for a project that was bought to my attention through my house inspection where there was no installation on the outside portion of the house causing the pipes to freeze in the winter. I was recommended Lee through a friend. “Couldn’t be happier! We sent details of our idea and the gate was built to match. We were also given colour choices and explained everything. It was installed and fitted in a timely matter. Trevor made sure I could push it not just my husband. Even checked in to make sure everything was still working properly and told us he could do adjustments as needed. The locking system was welded on the gate and bolted to the post, which we were expecting to have to get after. Very pleased with the job as it exceeded our expectations. The cost was very affordable, unlike a few other quotes we had gotten. Extremely happy we choose Pro-Tech and have recommended them to others since.”
