Emily (the front end person who helped us) was great! Super friendly and got things taken care of quick. The other man behind the counter (didn't get his name) was also amazing, taking care of several customers at once to ensure things moved along swiftly. They gave me a fair price on my rental and an even better price on an upgrade.

I dealt with Amellie on March 29, 2022 to get a rental car. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with her. She has a nice smile and very cheerful. She is the type of person who will brighten your day immediately. In addition, she is fast and efficient to process all the paperwork to give me my rental car. Excellent customer service.

I am moving out for the first time and needed a truck rental. My dad picked up the truck from budget and the service was excellent. My move is a bit unique timing-wise and budget (the manager Jay) was very accommodating to our unique needs. Will definitely be renting from here again and recommend any person in need of transportation to highly consider budget as they are very helpful and accommodating.
