(February 20, 2019, 9:10 pm)I was extremely impressed with the communications - they texted me 24 hours beforehand coordinating their shuttle service, and called to reconfirm when I didn't respond. The people that work there are all very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The location is somewhat far from the airport but their shuttle service was acceptable, however, make sure you plan and allocate additional travel time to/from YYC. I booked as they had the best value for money. The vehicle I had was fine - but like all Calgary rentals (Albertans in general) they don't have snow tires!
Apart from that, it was a great experience. -

(December 26, 2018, 3:18 am)We LOVED renting from U-Drive. We were late arriving to the shuttle pick up so the friendly staff accommodated our schedule and picked us up in a rental car. Nick was the BEST chauffeur! He had a wonderful attitude and gave us a ton of recommendations for things to do while we were in town. The whole process was quick and easy, and at a good price. The Santa Fe we drove definitely made us want to buy our own! We will definitely be renting from U-Drive again when we come back in the summer. Thanks again for a great experience, and a special shout out to Nick for making it extra enjoyable. Merry Christmas!
