“The are several 3 story apartment complexes here, all with balconies, ground floor suites have an outdoor concrete pad. I have a relative who lives here. She finds rent reasonable and neighbors friendly. There are several visitor parking spaces here although sometimes are full on weekends. The suites are spacious and well laid out though dated. Kitchen is small but efficient. There is a playground for children and allotted surface parking for tenants.”
