“Excellent stop in Canmore. Off the beaten track, but easy to find. Service was very good, fast. Food was excellent, hot and tasty. Two concerns - the water glass i was given contained a huge, long black hair (not out waitress as she had medium length lighter hair. I am glad I did not drink from the glass and only noticed it after I finished lunch). Bathrooms were very cold - the temperature was really low and there was no hot water to wash your hands. Other than that a pleasant experience”

“This was a good place to set up a base camp and explore the area around. Close to many great hiking/ biking trails, stores, and amenities. Pretty noisy as it's right in between the highway and a train track, so it was a good thing I had ear plugs in my travel kit. The campground has drinking water, firewood, showers, and a sink to wash dishes. The RV side has electricity hook ups, the tenting area does not. Over all, a convenient place to camp in Canmore.”

“I love this place. Occasionally some need to be reminded to respect the peace and quiet of others, but it is rare. A fairly easy walk to a rocky beach where you can sit in your chair with your little picnic and yell to the rafters as they drift by. I would say lazily but after watching these youngsters maneuver their rafts with strength and vigor it is obviously a feat of stamina. In return the guests to our region get an opportunity to see locals enjoying the wonders that surround us every bit as much as they do. Thank you Crossbow Landing. Nice place you have.”

“I just finished a privately booked group AST2 with Cloud Nine Guides and it was great! Mike and Robbie were our guides and they were extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of teaching and answering our many questions. They really listened when we described the type of skiing we do and made sure to suggest objectives that were in line with what we were looking for. I also appreciated the extra time they took going through route selection with us. It was a really fun course with lots of great learning now and I feel that it has enabled me to make better decisions while skiing in the Rockies. Highly recommend!”

“We Celebrated a friends 50th Birthday at the Market Bistro and we were delighted with the whole experience! I had the Chicken Marsala which had just the right amount of richness and the sides were perfectly matched and seasoned. For dessert I had one of the specials, an amazing spin on cheesecake which was by far the best cheesecake I have ever had!! The ambience was fantastic, and it definitely transported me with it's European feel...loved how intimate and welcoming it was! Our Server was so personable, friendly and helpful in making our meal choices. Truly all the Staff were amazing! We met one of the Owners personally, who went out of his way to make our experience memorable and when we walked out the door, all the staff thanked us and wished us well even the cooks behind the counter! Wouldn't hesitate to go back!!”

“Alexis is an amazing photographer and person. She creates an environment that ensures your comfortable by getting to know you. The photos taken are some of the most beautiful portraits taken and I believe she truly captured me, rather than simply being a client. Alexis also takes extra time to make sure each shot was 'just right' and encouraged unique ways of posing that still maintained a professional image. She even took a few extra shots at the end that showed she truly listened to what I believe in. Quite simply, I was moved to tears by some of the photos she created. I’d also not be doing her studio justice if I didn’t note her hair and makeup crew are fantastic women. Both are kind, generous souls who really make you feel fabulous.
