Staff were all very friendly as well as safety focused. I highly recommend this to anyone, tourist or even a local you've never experienced the mountains quite like this. “This was so far out of my comfort zone on so many levels, but I am SO happy my husband talked me into it because it was worthy every penny. It challenged me both physically and mentally being in dark quiet caves for a couple hours underground but it was SO cool. Brent, our guide was awesome. He knew the answer to all of our questions, was clearly passionate about what he does and has a great sense of humor. He told us all about the history of the mountain, the history of the caves and so much more. We got to see Chewy the female rat and honestly she was cute, almost like a chinchilla! 😂 I am not an active person by any means, this was challenging but manageable. The hike up to the cave entrance is almost a straight incline, but Brent allowed lots of breaks to catch our breath and never made us feel like we were slowing him down. He kept encouraging us along the way and the same inside the caves. Definitely a unique experience that I will be telling all of my friends about, and something we will never forget. Thank you Brent for showing us a great time.”
