“I came in very late after having a very bad experience at another hotel in town. Sharon was there to help me, stayed up late, was so collected as I was frantic and stressed out. My room was a haven after where I had been. There are wonderful duvets, pillows and linens in the rooms. My room was clean and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed during my stay. But honestly, it was the customer service. What an awesome manager. She was cleaning and doing desk duties and being so extremely caring and helpful during her busy day. Just above and beyond.”
