She actually got me a better rate than the one I locked in during a time when interest rates are rising! No shady dealer tactics either and full transparency. Highly recommended if you want a straight forward buying experience!

(December 2, 2021, 8:05 pm)I was looking for a set of brake pads that were on back order in Calgary. I called many other Alberta and Manitoba Ford dealers to check if they have the part in stock (to no avail), and finally I contacted the parts dept at Denham Ford. Brent @ parts checked for availability, and advised me that the part I was looking for interchanged to another part number. The updated part was available in Calgary.
