Parkview RV Centre

Firstly, we do not live in Alberta.. we are from Surrey, BC.... and we must say our experience, purchasing power, and units available out surpassed what we found at O’Connor - Chilliwack & Kelowna BC and Rocky Mountain house Alberta ... 5 star all the way!
We met Jason from Parkview Spring 2019 driving thru and took a look... over the past 6 months Jason has kept in touch via emails... no pushy aggressive sales... offering plenty of suggestions and extremely knowledgeable about products... and the smallest of differences in units too.. so knowledgeable!
In September we made our decision on the Outdoors, 25RDS ... and we had a 2014 trade... concerned about a long distance trade etc we focused on purchasing locally from O’Connor ... product knowledge, price and the unit we wanted not available at O’Connor ... therefore, moved on to other dealerships ... and we must say... we were a little apprehensive at first about crossing the border but now that it’s all said and done ... there was no issues at all!! We came to an agreed difference price, the unit and extras very easily and comfortably via emails with Jason .. we made the drive from Surrey to Wetaskiwin... our new trailer exactly as asked for waiting for us, pulled in our 2014 trailer, Jason did a quick walk thru our trade in, we went into the office paid the difference we agreed upon in the email, we were given a 7 day intransit license, walk thru our new trailer with a Jason ... who we would say again, is extremely knowledgeable from solar power to everything else... this is a long winded review but I must say if We had this to read before we would not wasted our time at the other dealerships ... so with only 2 hrs after our arrival we were on the road ... extremely happy with our new trailer... and once back in BC we stopped into an insurance shop and paid the PST and transferred our old insurance over to our new trailer ... we had 7 days but we wanted to get it done and enjoy camping...
we totally recommend Parkview!! Make a road trip... prices better, and note service can be completed at any Outdoors RV shop... happy camping!

This place is highly recommended after a very bad experience from the other shop who installed my hitch. I asked them to install brake control in my vehicle. Dee was so knowledgeable and honest. Glad everything worked out now and I am now enjoying my trailer. Thabk you.

Nothing but a pleasurable experience dealing with Jason and his team. First class outfit at Parkview. This is my first travel trailer and they really made sure I knew all about the Unit and the dos and donts. Thank you Jason and the Parkview team.

Well stocked RV parts store. The lady was friendly, knowlegable and helped us find the part we needed. The prices were consistent with RV shops - seems high, but it is what it is.
