Our salesperson, Bruce Banks, was professional, thorough and listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. After we had completed the purchase, we needed to bring the vehicle back for service and they looked after it completely. This dealership truly cares about their clients, even after the purchase! I was referred here by my friend after having went to Sherwood Park Ford and Toyota. The sales people at the two other dealerships were so pushy, and didn’t care about my needs, only a sale. When I came to Brentridge I was met by Darryl, he was so kind and patient, he answered every question we had and then some and was not pushy at all. I returned to test drive a few cars and even at that point he was not pushy at all as We needed time to decide and he respected that. He was very accommodating to my family’s needs and wants in a vehicle. Also the finance manager Mark was amazing to deal with, very easy going and kind. I’ll be picking up my new car this week.
