“Brought our Pathfinder unit out to observe the owl banding. It was such a memorable experience! I still can’t quite believe that these owls could be passing through my yard. I have also been fortunate enough to interact with several of the BBO educational owls and raptors. So special to see these birds up close. Such a great organization!”

“We stayed 4 nights at their full service sites that cost reasonable $42 daily. However they double charged us their reservation fee since we had to switch sites after 2 nights. There is only 6 full service sites at this location (size #1-6), the rest have no service, or some with power only. Site #2 and #4 have no privacy. They charge $15 for fire wood. The lake is small but nice for fishing, even though we haven't seen anyone catching trout that is stocked here. Management is OK, nothing really outstanding.”
