Chris was super prompt and quick to fix my leaky sink. I would use him again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!
My husband and I went through two other plumbers before finding Chris and now we'll never use anyone else. He is prompt, efficient and always willing to work. He's come out here to Daysland on three different occasions for us and for my mother. Once was an emergency call about our hot water heater and he was FAST! He's also very friendly and just a nice, respectful person. My husband and I highly recommend him!
I can not express how excellent Austin's Pluming is. Chris has rescued me twice from acreage septic issues.
The first time was a terrible day for us a septic was coming up in the basement and our dog fell in the septic tank. Chris gave up his Friday evening to deal with this mess, my husband rescued the dog and all got cleaned up. I couldn't believe how little the bill came too considering we live out of town, it was a Friday night and I had pulled him away from a family dinner.
The second was when we were in Mexico and our son reported that once again we were having issues. Chris was out the next morning, equipment had to rented, and all was made good again. Instead of a large bill he just kindly said we could settled up once we got home.
Chris does great work with excellent customer service. Don't bother calling anyone else...he's the best!
Chris was excellent to work with and always replied quickly. He was helpful when choosing new water heater/ pressure tank because I have no idea about those things. Very professional and did great work!
After I tried to do a simple job of opening up my p-trap underneath the kitchen sink, my old brass pipes had corroded away while loosening the pipes off and made the whole piece useless. I tried to go to the hardware store and get the proper pieces to do the work myself. But as an inexperience person when it comes to plumbing - the pieces that I bought that the employee of the store recommended that I buy were all wrong. So I decided to call a plumber - I called 1 company and got the receptionist and asked if they had anyone available to come out. They had said they will talk to them and call me back. They never did call me back. I then called Chris as I was referred to him by a friend. He came over within 20 minutes. He went above and beyond for the job that was put in front of him. I'm pretty sure he even cut me a deal - he is definitely affordable. I was super impressed with his work and definitely recommend him!
