Best workout program!!! Every class is unique, Joel & the coaches are so warm & encouraging. I attended a full week and already lost 4 pounds. My clothes fit better and I feel positive! What i love about this place is the staff, creative excercises, live DJ for workout music...

Team and community atmosphere! High Intensity Functional Workout! Highly encouraging, motivational and supportive coaches! Each class includes various exercises that are different on a day to day basis! Superb!

Amazing Workouts, Music and Atmosphere! I have been at other HIIT studios, and they just can't compete! No treadmills, or rowers, just straight up weights and unconventional equipment (Never used battle ropes before!)combined with a unique team atmosphere...complete with high fives!

F45 Terwillegar Coaches & Team have made it such a welcome environment, and to boot - they took us all out for a banquet to finish off their 8 week challenge event. I highly recommend F45 Terwillegar - You can't beat it.

Great gym for overall fitness. Coaches are extremely helpful towards your journey to achieve fitness goals. Joel is very knowledgeable and motivating trainer.
