It is spotlessly clean, the class sizes are small and the instructors take the time to teach you how to do the poses correctly and to the best of your ability. I feel stronger, calmer and happier after every class. Thank you Sarah and the entire team at Navina!

My daughter is 4 and very shy, she was excited but nervous to go to summer camp. Within minutes of meeting Sara I could tell she was going to be ok with staying there. She made it through the whole week and loved every minute of it! Every night she went to bed she was saying thank you to me for signing her up. Sara was amazing with the kids and I wish the summer camp was year round! I definitely recommend sending your kids here next year. Thanks for showing compassion and being someone my daughter looked forward to seeing everyday!
(July 10, 2018, 9:21 pm)I absolutely love this place. They offer a variety of classes and every instructors class that I have gone to I have really enjoyed. I have done mom and baby classes here and I now bring my kiddos to the days where they offer childminding. A really beautiful space with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to all levels of yogis.
(May 5, 2018, 11:59 pm)The yoga teachers here are the best. They provide such great instruction for all levels of practice and every single class is unique and fulfilling. The studio is beautiful! Tranquil, clean, and welcoming.
