“It's a winners/home sense.. nothing special.. store staff could use training in saving excuse me, and thank you when crossing in front of customers , or customers stop to allow them to go by with a cart. Employees have forgotten that without customers, they won't have a job. Retail employee rules 1. Park at rear of lot. 2. Shower and appear presentable for work. 3. Pretend you like your job 4. Treat customers the way you'd treat your grandmother, with respect and courtesy. 5. It's ok to not know the answer, it's not okay not to find someone who does....”
