“Customer service here is almost non-existent. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes in line even if everyone else is being helped. There are some high value finds, but the mark-downs are significantly less than what I’ve seen at other outlets, and there’s a lot of damaged product. There’s even a big sign at the till telling employees to put products with broken zippers back onto the sales floor! If you want to find a matching suit, prepare to scour racks of clothing on opposite ends of the store for the two pieces, which will be organized in what seems to be a completely random fashion. The online store is a lot better organized and seems to have better prices as well, so it’s unlikely I’ll be shopping at this location in the future.”
