“I have been using Nano's plumbing for the last couple of months as I have had numerous plumbing issues that required their services. On each occasion they have responded very quickly and fixed my problem right away. Recently, I hired them to install a soft water tank. This machine is amazing it's a lot smaller and more compact than I imagined as I didn't have a lot of space to begin with. Junior and Nader came out within one day of me contacting them and had this installed in a matter of a few hours. They provided me with instruction on how to maintain my new tank, but note the one I purchased does not require much for maintenance other than adding salt as required. I am so very happy with my new soft water tank as I had no idea how hard our Edmonton water was until this was installed. I noticed results immediately and I highly recommend to anyone that is looking for plumbing services to call them as I would not hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing services I require and expect to be contacting them for years to come.”

“Crystal (the manager I believe), is amazing. She is so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell she has so much passion and works very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of. Some things I highly recommend as I can see on the Google reviews and what other people have been saying is this: If you are not going to be available (closed for lunch on certain times, gone on vacation, closed for renovations etc.). You need to leave it on the voicemail and/or post on social media (create a Facebook or Instagram page), where people can look and see if you are open. Your hours on Google say they are and then when I call, it always says you are closed but never a reason why. People aren't going to drive to your clinic to find out why you are not picking up the phone (if you are putting a note on the door). That is the main concern I have and will be talking to you guys in the future about a couple other things that have made it very difficult for me to schedule or communicate with the office. I know we are all human and are not perfect but I think it's important to talk about these things so we can improve and adapt to the changing times. Thank you for everything you guys have been able to do so far!”
