He was knowledgeable with the products and gave us advice on which ones he would recommend. I got Quotes from a few different companies and New Image Flooring was the best value in my opinion. Sam and his crew were the installers and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional. After the Vinyl Plank was installed, I noticed some marks on some boards. It turned out they were manufacturing defects. Shawn and Sam coordinated with me and came back to replace all of the boards. It made everything stress free. I would definitely recommend New Image Flooring.”
