“The staff here are beyond amazing! Peter spent over an hour trying to get my phone working that was shipped to me by the loyalty department (who I won’t be dealing with again in the future) I was sent the wrong phone to start with but it was to much of a hassle to return it. They made it sound like it would be simple to get it up and running and it didn’t work but he was super patient and spent a lot of time doing it for me. All of the staff here are friendly too. When my contract is coming up I will go straight to this store and ask for Peter or Andrew they are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys!!”

“Spent $250 in this store in two days trying to help my son get set up in his new place. I wanted to return a few items that we were duplicated and I was unaware of. I found out....no refunds or exchanges. I honestly don't shop there often and was totally unaware of it. Management did inform me of the rules but we're willing to give me a gift card just this once! You will always be greeted with a smile and they always offer to bring my heavier items to my car. I have been given samples of treats each time as well which is great to see if my dogs likes it or not before buying. Definitely recommend!!”

Good move the guy working there was really nice and helpful I bought a used controller and I was about to leave and he noticed it had a small smudge on it and he cleaned the whole controller again. Go here! Forget EB games.”

The one star reviews here are a little bit harsh i think, give these guys a chance and you'll see why I gave them 5 stars. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are currently on top of my list when it comes to legacy games and systems selection wise.”
