They know some stuff
Quality of work is great and the job is completed on time and my customers have said the service is great as well
Had the part in stock but charged 20% restocking fee when the item was returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received. When we asked why there was a fee, we were told “company policy.” True, the policy is right there on the counter. But it’s nice to deal with companies that deal with you more as a human, each with individual circumstance, than put their policy above you. Old school business concepts like this are dying. Developing relationships builds a bigger customer base than protecting the bottom dollar with old-school policy.
Usually when I email businesses inquiring about service they make me wait days for a response. During this time I am emailing multiple competitors as I don't trust the first one will get back to me as email respond time is slow. Not the case with Eskimo. A few minutes after I emailed, before I could inquire back they responded. A day later the truck was in the shop being serviced. Before each repair was done I was informed what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. the repair was done when they said it would. Fantastic service, really impressed and extremely easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.
