Sport Chek

The sales associate was helpful. I was disappointed with some of the customers lack of social distancing.

I have received amazing customer service from Rudain, he helped me find good running shoes, he is very knowledgeable and friendly, with great customer service which is very hard to find these days!

It’s in the name Sport Chek if you are looking for anything sport related then you can chek it off at this store. The store is well lit and not to cluttered. It is clean. There are employees available when needed to answer questions. The prices are okay to somewhat expensive. I like the layout of the store. I don’t really have much to say about it as it doesn’t really move me one way or the other. I’m sure I will be back at some point as the store is fine.

I rated this store 2 stars a while ago. I just rated it 5 stars. I rarely rarely rate anything 5 stars. But I did today. Here is why.
For a place to drastically change from a low to a high takes extreme effort. Typically companies stay stagnant or find it very hard to rise from the ashes to reclaim positive feedback from customers. I rate stars based on a large number of factors depending on the type of business.
This location of sportscheck used to lack in customer service and price points havent been very comparable to other stores nearby. However, my last 3-4 visits I personally have had customer service that is extremely hard to find nowadays. I have to give comendation where it is due. It is rare to find a consistant spread of employees with the passion and dedication to strive for customer service. Providing help, information and time for a customer to be informed is paramount. They have done something right and are upholding values that seem to be lost in the retail world over the years.
Proving that purchasing in person instead of online is something that cant be replaced. Good human interaction, especially at a store front is needed more than ever as we grow more distant with technology. Thank you for the great service and experience. Whatever you have done to change, its working. Job well done.
