“I have seen Harpreet at more than one Shell location, and she has been so kind, helpful, and provided amazing customer service. First and third time I have purchased services at Shell, in Chappelle. Harpreet has been courteous, asked me for car wash, and asked if I had air miles every time. I really appreciate her doing her job and working hard, even though she knows I don’t have air miles, or need a car wash. She always kindly asks me. She really is a multi faceted individual, where I could see her excelling at anything she ever tries. All I hope is that Shell treasures her a lot more than an employee. She’s a rockstar because she’s genuine. There are people who do their jobs and there are people whose jobs do themselves because they are so good at them. 10/10 for customer service. I really hope to see her in corporate office one day, she has the wit, intellegence, and maturity to take Shell into 2020.”
