  Oak West staff is friendly and welcoming. They are conveniently located just west of Byron. They take great pride in the work they do and care so greatly for our dog. We switched vets out of convenience for the location, and we could not be more pleased with our decision! Our dog feels very at home in there inviting atmosphere (both pet and owner). They are also extremely accommodating when health concerns arise that need quick attention.

  We purchased a standard poodle in September. He was doing well for about 3 weeks when he began losing weight. Dr. Dingwall assessed him thoroughly and made a plan that included antibiotics, dietary changes. Within a few days he was better, began gaining weight and was able to proceed with his immunizations. An emaciated puppy is now robust, achieving his growth milestones, and we attribute this dramatic turn around to the professionals at the clinic.

  Best veterinary experience of my life. The atmosphere of the lobby makes you feel at home and at ease. The staff are darling, and know exactly what they are doing. They treated my boy (Sly, our Jack Russell) so well, and are providing him surgeries at gracious rates. Thank you for all your hard work, I will bring all my pets here from now on.

  Moved from one excellent clinic (Oakridge Animal Clinic) to this clinic that is closer to our house. Same great vets, staff, and care for our little guy! This is a great place to take your pet for care.

  Definitely will recommend. It is so nice to finally find a veterinarian where everyone truly cares about me and my dog. Dr Moffatt was gentle and very patient. Staff is awesome. Thank you so much
