Overall quality of the food is good, it's not amazing but still very good. A good choice for Edmonton. They have very good desserts as well. The hot and sour soup is also very good if you like the dark vinegar type taste.”

“July 9/10 2020 I came from SASKATOON SK. and stayed at the Yellowhead Inn (Ramada). Being hungry and having such a convenient access to a restaurant, we stopped into the restaurant DS Classic Grill. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated promptly. The drinks came with no hesitation. The menu was full of delicious choices, and was hard to settle on just one choice. My supper was the 1/2 chicken meal. Between the amazing staff service, the meal was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! If I could describe the experience any better, well to be honest, just can’t seem to find the words to praise my ordered meal. When you finish such a meal like I experienced, I was so satisfied and could of ordered a second plate, and that tells me the food was fantastic. It’s now the next day, and we’re here for breakfast. The strawberry pancakes was again perfect wake up call for my appetite. So my recommendation is 5/5. ?? “Tends to be slower than they should be. When I worked at A&W they had a target of most orders being served within 1 minute, very few taking more than 3 minutes. But pretty much every time here it takes at least 5 minutes, even just ordering their weekly sale like 2 teens. Not to mention their prices have doubled since I worked there. Weekly sale used to be 2 teens or 2 papas for $5, now it's 2 for $10. That's 100% inflation when according to Bank of Canada prices should've only inflated 30%.”

“This was my first time ordering from here and I am so glad that I did. I ordered for pick up and the staff were so friendly! They had safety protocols in place due to covid 19 such as temperature checks and hand sanitizer when you come into the restaurant, masks being worn by all employees, physical distancing and preferred cashless transactions if possible. “Donair was just how I like not overly saucy. The fries on the other hand were not crispy at all, and I could not eat them as they were too soft for my liking. I just live down the street, so it wasn't due to travel. Maybe just ask for crispy fries when ordering, and if you prefer saucier donair you may want to ask for that as well. Service was good.”

“Picked up some chicken for dinner. Usually don't do drive through for a chicken place. But a few notes. 1) the service was fast. Staff was very nice 2) the chicken isn't amazing. But good. The chicken was juicy and done right. The sides like the poppers and biscuits are better than most places 3) this made my day. I ordered a 8 piece meal. Then the staff told me it would be cheaper of they went with a coupon promo. I didn't have a coupon, but they gave it to me anyways. This is with out me asking. That is customer service”

We ordered for 6persons whereas they forgot one order and the last order arrived when the other 5people were almost done and the server wasn’t even sorry once although we asked about the last meal for several times. What it lacks in some taste for me, they make up with their generous portions. Many people comment about how they sound rude over the phone.
