Western GMC Buick

I took my truck here for a check engine light and tire installation. Service department was friendly, helpful and prices were very fair. Unfortunately, they overbooked customers so my truck didn’t get into the garage until 2:00 despite having a 9:00 appointment. Thankfully their location is convenient so it wasn’t a big deal.

I worked at western gmc for about 3 years doing various things. I have had some terrible experiences with dealerships. BUT not at western. Don the service manager is a great guy and is always willing to work with you. I cant complain

Well, never in a million years did we consider ourselves to "to make a deal on the spot". Timing, really. Perfect combination of the vehicle we were looking for, coupled with awesome people to deal with. This team is well put together. Cory is a sales manager that is 100% making a positive difference in this business with sincerity and trust-building, Tyler, despite being fairly new at this store as a product specialist is letting his genuine enthusiasm pay big dividends, and Chantal is thumbs-up the nicest finance manager we have ever dealt with. No hesitation to recommend, worked out fantastic for us - and we just came to look! LoL! Keep up the truly outstanding performance!

Fantastic service - I encountered an unforeseen issue with my truck that was discovered over a weekend, and needed the truck for an out of town trip Monday morning. I was able to get in touch with Sheri-Ann first thing Monday morning and the service team was able to get the truck in and sorted immediately. I am SO pleased with the service and communication from Sheri-Ann, and the technician who took the time to call and discuss things with me promptly after getting the truck in. Highly recommend Western. Their customer service is phenomenal. This is not the first time I've had exceptional service (from Sheri-Ann and team). Consider Western for your next purchase. They'll take care of you long after you walk out the door.
