“I was planning on just eating banana in my car, but Sunil ( great optometrist) we spoke of great local eats and he mentioned this spot. I thought it was just shakes, but there are rice bowls, wraps ( I had the buffalo,press grilled ? with falafel), salads, smoothies, bubble tea and infused ice teas ?? all fresh and locally owned / operated. The other protein options will draw me back, such as smoked salmon and. A simple hard boiled egg ?”

“We live just a few blocks away, and are so lucky to have such a delicious neighbourhood restaurant nearby! We go for dinner 1-2 times a month, and always leave happy and more than satisfied. I’ve also been for breakfast/brunch which, while always delicious, is much busier and more difficult to get a table. The menu changes seasonally, and is truly Canadian cuisine in that there are flavours and dishes from all around the world, with local ingredients. Their daily specials are always a treat, and the beer selection offers a wide range of local breweries on draft or in cans. The prices are on the higher end of casual, but I’ve never been disappointed in what I’ve ordered.”

“As this is the location on 112st. (in the Newton building, NOT HUB). This is the best Subway I've ever been to. They just catered a staff lunch and it was AMAZING! We asked for all the subs to be individually wrapped, and they accommodated, without hesitation. This is the ONLY Subway location that I will use. The staff are amazing!”

“You know, I've read the other reviews about this bar being a dive, and I completely disagree. Yes, it's on Whyte Ave, so maybe your average patron might not be the best dressed, but this is a great sports bar. Drink prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and the prices are incredibly fair. Lots of pool tables and great music. Staff was quick and friendly. I really liked this bar.”

“Highly recommend! out of this world Kebab, and definitely the best I've had in Edmonton and an overall wonderful authentic experience. I love the visible coal grill in the restaurant, you can see and hear the coal sizzling but at the same time you don't smell like BBQ because of the really good ventilation. The staff are super friendly and have great hospitality skills. To top it all up, they have pomegranate and Saffron on many dishes, including pomegranate and saffron ice cream which I have to say are amazing too.”
