The staff were friendly, but this location was out of a lot of products, especially the ones I was looking for. This may be due to COVID-19, so maybe they are typically better?

Always busy but have beautiful and useful products, all Wilton items are incredible. I used to see soap and candle making supplies but not anymore. Two or three tellers are available which are not enough for the large number of customers that was used to be. After COVID 19 I respect the social distancing marks on the floor but customers can still go beside each other in the store. I hope you find a solution for this issue.

As always Michaels did not disappoint. Great craft selections and real discounts.

Excellent service from the staff here! This Michaels is always busy but the staff are friendly and they do their best to help you out with project, or material ideas if you need it. Only trouble is that because the store is so busy sometimes it is tough to find someone to ask questions. But when you find someone they are usually great!
