(July 6, 2020, 8:00 pm)Went in looking for Sam as I had already prediscussed with her what I was looking for. A male employee who's name I didn't catch let me in, after a couple minutes he asked how he could help me. At the time Sam was on the phone dealing with a customer, I told the guy that I was waiting for her and rather than try and help me while she was on the phone he just let me wait. Not super ambitious.... Sam on the other hand was awesome, got me what I needed right away and helped me set it up on my phone :)
