Reliance lives up to its name- my interaction with the technician John was above and beyond excellent. John took the time to walk me through each process, explaining the function of the air conditioner. He provided historical knowledge that helped in understanding the unit better, as well as practical tips with maintenance. If you’re thinking of using Reliance, don’t hesitate to call! Thank you, John for the quick and seamless work!! 10/10!
Quite happy with our experience with Reliance. We were able to get them to come in to repair our whistling/running toilet and the next day come in to do an annual check on our A/C and Furnace to make sure everything is in tip top shape. We appreciate having the maintenance package as it creates way less stress - I know exactly who to call for a repair. The individuals they send are highly professional and polite. They make recommendations (when needed).
Peter from Reliance was outstanding.
He was prompt, professional and informative.
He pointed out not only what was going well but some thoughts on possible future issues.
He was observing the COVID 19 protocols around wearing a mask and social distancing, so I really appreciate this.
Great value to have this service package for piece of mind.
Thank you Peter.

Hand a central AC unit supplied and installed by Reliance.
Pros: The install techs were very polite and professional. Everyone was on time and install was "completed" within the appointment time. The techs removed most of the garbage when they left.
Cons: Condensate piping from evaporator coils was not sealed properly leading to air and condensate being blown out. Screws were removed from an existing access panel and and not replaced, again allowing air to escape. Foil taping around duck penetrations was not installed correctly allowing air to escape. Techs left a coil of copper piping on my lawn when they left.
I have tried to reach my sales person with no response.
Overall, I would recommend Reliance and would use them again, but I would ensure proper QA/QC before they left site.
