They delivered a storage unit directly to my house, it was clean and new, so we didnt have to worry about rodents or weather getting in and ruining our possessions. I ran into delays during my renos, and required the unit for longer than planned, not a problem they just extended my contract to cover me for the extra time. They went above and beyond one day when my son threw he's toy on top of one of the storage units , and they sent me and email for my son with a story exaining how his stuffed dragon ate all the candies in the office waiting for my son to come retrieve him. Jasmin and her husband are just great welcoming people.”
