“My hot water heater broke down and I called 5 different companies for help. I confirmed with one company over the phone but when they arrived the quote was much higher. Their cost for the tank was outrageous so I opted to buy my own and get the tech to install it. The tech told me that he had a quick appointment then would return. I had the tank ready for installation in about 45 minutes but when I called the company all of a sudden no techs were available for 2 days. That's when I called Butler. They took my info, I sent a picture of the old tank, have me a quote and the tech was there in under 45 minutes. Travis was knowledgeable, personable and efficient. In short order the tank was installed, great work for a good price. Well done Travis.”
