Denny Andrews Ford Service

Ok it’s been 7 months since I had my 05 F150 in for emergency repair on Dec 23. Two days before Christmas. I recently purchased the truck and had it in to do recall work on steering wheel airbag wiring repair. Good job fixed my cruise as well which was a bonus. So Ford has all my info already. The intake manifold was leaking and warped, replaced 1 coil and tuneup. They repaired it on time and under budget. 7 months later the truck runs strong, best running vehicle I’ve ever owned. Thank you for your help in a time of need.

I’ve dealt with Jemma as my service advisor on multiple occasions, each time she was extremely helpful, and incredibly friendly, not what You’re used to expecting from usual service depts. more recently I’ve had the pleasure of having Moya as my advisor, she too is extremely pleasant, always keeping me up to date as to what sort of service my car needs, I never had to wait for a phone call once! Brought my 2020 Escape in to get my tires switched over and an oil change (plus few other things that were taken care of!). Everyone I dealt with in the service department was wonderful, but i had the pleasure of dealing with Ken. Super straightforward and friendly, called me as soon as my car was done and that was that!
