Maserati of Edmonton

My wife Kathy and I recently purchased a 2017 Levante form Maserati of Edmonton. Our Sales/Product Specialist, Cat Jones, was excellent to work with. She provided timely feedback to any questions and stayed in touch throughout the process, from initial inquiry to close. Cat is knowledgeable about the product and if she did not know, she knew where to get the answer. I was there just to check some vehicles on Saturday close to the closing time. Sat Kalsi was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He stayed few minutes after 5 PM without rushing at all that was so impressive. I am picking up my Vehicle later today but wanted to write the review before that. I am impress with the Service you get at Maserati Edmonton. No other dealers will even come close to it. So impressed even before receiving the vehicle. Cole Killeen, General Sales Manager and team is awesome! Cole provided the prompt support throughout the process. You don't get to see this kind of excellent customer service this days! My 9 year old son is a total car fanatic and has been begging me to bring him into Maserati Edmonton for weeks, so I brought him and his 3 year old sister in today just to check out the cars. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door by reception, and after explaining why we were in she welcomed us to take our time looking around and told my son to feel free to open the doors and check out the inside of the cars as well. Imagine my son's surprise when we walked to the back of the dealership and saw they have 3 Ferrari's!! Super cool. Another staff member came back to check on us, gave my son a little lesson about the Ferrari's, and encouraged us take some pictures of him with the cars. I left with 2 very happy kids today, and a great impression of the dealership and staff.
