First time in Mercedes-Benz, and the experience was top-notch. Manny was just awesome, making sure the used C43 looked brand new. Kevin in finance drove to my work to deliver some documents that needed to be edited and resigned! When the car was ready they picked me up. Everyone else at the dealership made sure I was taken care of. And these guys & gals know their cars. I've been at several dealerships where I knew more about the lineup than they did - not here, these guys aren't sales guys, I'd call them Benz aficionados! Again, fantastic service from start to finish.

I am on my second vehicle from this dealership and have nothing but positive experiences. Marcel in service is always helpful and willing to work with you to have your service needs met. Landon in sales made my recent purchase experience extremely positive. He was patient and always available even after I left the dealership to answer any questions. Doug in Finance is always such a great guy. I can’t recommend this dealership enough, if you are interested in a new vehicle, come to Heritage Valley and see Landon. Heritage Valley makes you feel like family and is the best dealership out there. Plus they have unlimited Dad’s cookies!!!

This dealership was so pleasant and amazing to deal with! We had the pleasure of getting helped by Simon Serna and his team, he was such an amazing sales representative. He met all our needs and went above and beyond. The detail job on our vehicle, the rims, repairs everything was phenomenal. The general managers and finance managers were also such a pleasure to work with. Coming out of Calgary to purchase a vehicle is often a hassle but these guys made it very easy and stress free. Simon was well orientated and ensured that the whole delivery process of the vehicle was clear, clean and easy. He was always updating us here in Calgary through phone calls, texts and emails which made the process that much easier. Overall if you are ever out looking for a vehicle I would recommend Simon and his team. Great job and keep it up you guys!
