The story isn't a 100% true as I contacted your staff via phone no return call and then emailed you long after the fact. Again you said in your response you tried to rectify. That's not totally true as we agreed you would be paying half for the tires but you declined to send me the check for the half. Then I wrote the rating. I was more then happy to work with you guys. Kevin even told me that I have been reasonable. You decided to help in December then ignore the deal and declined . If you'd like to rectify our agreed deal and send me the check for $720.00 as agreed. Then you my friend are a man of your word. Thank you JH

They were willing to negotiate the price and the dealership is extremely professional place to walk into. Everyone from the receptionist to sales, to service was great to deal with.

(December 16, 2018, 2:33 am)I had a fantastic experience buying my 2018 Infiniti Q 50 sport. Becker, Jordan, Matthew and Andrew were all awesome.
Everybody was super friendly and made me feel very important. I left there feeling very happy and proud of my new car. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of.
I couldn’t be happier and I love my car!
