“I have 2 older boys were seeing other pediatrician who is also a very experience doctor. But I fed up with his busy schedule. So I took my youngest one to Dr Wong. Now all my 3 children go to him. I find Dr Wong and his secretary are both very nice to patients. I can always book him within 1 or 2 days. Also other review said he uses old tactics which doesn't mean bad tactics. Isn't raising kids the same 20 years ago except giving them iPad instead of TV?”

“My experience with the call staff was wonderful, I needed the earliest appointment and surprisingly got the very next day! West end has complimentary parking for customers for 2hrs so that’s handy. They are in the lower level floor (akin to a basement), it’s bright and accessible via elevator if you can’t handle one flight of stairs. The reception staff attended to me promptly and were friendly. My technician (Josh) was very professional, patient and attentive. He explained the procedure and expected length of time.
