“Crystal (the manager I believe), is amazing. She is so sweet, helpful, and accommodating. You can tell she has so much passion and works very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of. Some things I highly recommend as I can see on the Google reviews and what other people have been saying is this: If you are not going to be available (closed for lunch on certain times, gone on vacation, closed for renovations etc.). You need to leave it on the voicemail and/or post on social media (create a Facebook or Instagram page), where people can look and see if you are open. Your hours on Google say they are and then when I call, it always says you are closed but never a reason why. People aren't going to drive to your clinic to find out why you are not picking up the phone (if you are putting a note on the door). That is the main concern I have and will be talking to you guys in the future about a couple other things that have made it very difficult for me to schedule or communicate with the office. I know we are all human and are not perfect but I think it's important to talk about these things so we can improve and adapt to the changing times. Thank you for everything you guys have been able to do so far!”

“My father just got here and so far I am impressed. He is in a room by himself and it is nice, it’s clean and lots of light from a large window. The staff so far is friendly and helpful. I have been here before a few times when other family members have been here and the experience has always been pleasant. It’s not great if you have to be here but if so you will be well taken care of. Patients coming here from hospitals are usually here for rehabilitation and hopefully are able to go home and the time spent here is usually pretty good.”

When you’re low income that does a lot to you’re life style especially when you’re in the hospital for hours. The second thing I don’t like is that there’s always a billion old people in there for stuff a basic doctors office can handle. This hospital in amazing an really resourceful”
