“Professional, friendly and prompt service!!! We did a road trip to pick up our RV and it was all ready for us when we got there. Our salesman, Rick (Edmonton-based Woody’s), drove all the way to Leduc to meet us. They let us stay in their property overnight and promptly fixed the central vac early morning. They weren’t rushy or pushy! Very friendly and accommodating. Even with our little boys running all over the place while we were there. They even sent us a check to cover the cost of propane that was forgotten to be filled. We’re all humans and we all forget and overlook things but they corrected them very quickly! Thank you all Leduc Woody’s staff especially to Rick, Clayton, the cool finance guy who loves scuba diving, and the Filipino electrician who fixed our central vac!! We bought a new 5th wheel 1.5 years ago and during a recent RV trip we had a fairly major issue arise with one of the slide mechanisms. Schwab's RV service department bent over backwards to solve this issue for us. They were always courteous, respectful, replied promptly and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Kudos also to Keystone RV as they stood behind their product and more. No RV is defect free but it is great when a company will honour their products and respect their customers.
