“At first i had no idea how it works. But the staff members were very friendly walk me through the system. - You go to the location, at the entrance there are two big sign displaying sections where you should be parking. - go to that section and park your vehicle and wait for the shuttle to arrive. - the shuttle driver will give you a yellow ticket showing which section and row you parked. it also has phone number that you can call for shuttle pickup after your return. - when you return from your trip you can call the number on the yellow ticket. The shuttle will pick you up and take you to your car. Our driver's name was Janeen. She provided a great service. i would like to thank her for her excellent extra ordinary help. Emmett”
