“I wonder what happens here? Do people park their vehicles here? Ummm l guess so. Does it deserve 5 stars, sure it does exactly what it is designed to do make space available for vehicle parking. It’s right beside the Belvedere LRT station. There are allotted prepaid spot during the week but all spots are available for free during the weekend. There are spots available for free during the weekdays, Monday to Friday but get there really early otherwise all the spots are taken. Clean and well taken care of.”

“A real fine gravel in this lot here. Gets a little dusty when it's dry and windy. A little muddy when rainy. A little icy when wintery. A good little lot.”

“It’s a parking lot, stacked. Grab a ticket when you enter and pay when you leave. Although there are opportunities to pay at kiosks before you get in your vehicle and then you can leave faster. There is no washroom facilities. It’s generally clean and fairly easy to maneuver around in. One negative is that it pricey to park here but there are few places to park and this is one of the. February 19, 2020. Parking here because my dad is in the UofA hospital. The parking is convenient but as I’ve said before it’s expensive and that’s a shame as you really have no choice oh well it is what it is.”

“The least expensive parking lot at this area.”

“I have only been parking at the U of A for about 6 months, and as with any university campus, parking is limited compared to demand (when you consider faculty, staff, students and on-campus event needs). It is going to be expensive because it is a privilege, not a right to be able to drive to such a dense, congested space. With that in mind, I've had pretty good overall experience and interactions with the u of a parking services. I have generally only had to deal with enforcement when I didn't have my permitted vehicle and they've always been super friendly, helpful and prompt. I buy my permit online and renew it every month through the online portal. It's a bit dated for a web interface, but it is straightforward enough and navigable. The parkade is well-lit, easy to access and has electric plug-ins for winter. It is clean and seems well-monitored, as I usually come across either security or a cleaning crew on duty when I arrive. I can't say parking at the U of A isn't frustrating. It definitely is. But in the context of where we are trying to park, it has been pretty good for me so far.”

“This parking lot is okay. It’s not paved, gravel only so lots of potholes and messy when it rains. There is generally spot available all the time as it is outside the central downtown area.”

“Beautiful greenhouse with a large and varied selection of plants and trees. Lovely self of gift ware for both instead and outside your home. Reasonably priced. This greenhouse also has a small Indoor bistro area which is great for meeting friends. Would definitely recommend.”

“Parking, lots of parking and then some more parking. Cars, trucks and other vehicles can park here. The pavement is flat and there are lines to see where you can park in an orderly fashion. It’s open when there are events at the Edmonton Expo Centre. Sometimes there is a fee and sometimes not, as when we attended my son Graduation.”
