“Car was clean and in great shape, check in was quick. When I returned the car, I was telling the agent that I was dreading the cold 1.5 km walk to my personal car I had left at work 4 days earlier. To my surprise (and gratitude) he got me a ride with one of their shuttle drivers right to where I needed to go! That's awesome customer service, a very nice change from most places these days. I'll definitely rent from Avis again!”
