“This was my first time using Truck Dynasty, and I'm extremely happy with all aspects of their work. The service writer Rob was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to help me locate my misplaced cell phone. I brought my truck in for a CVIP and I felt that the work was done in a timely professional manner, and they did only what was needed. The rate is reasonable, well below dealership rates, and they charged me for the actual time they spent making each repair, rather than charging me the 1/2 hr minimum for each repair like most dealerships. I WILL use them again, and WOULD RECOMMEND them to anyone.”
