Loved the early morning workouts and definitely feel this was largely due to the overall team at the Sherwood Park location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that's finding it hard to stay motivated, as well as anyone that needs that extra push to get to their goals.
Mission accomplished. I have completed a couple of 21 day challenges successfully in the past and finally decided to take on the full 6 week challenge.
I signed up for a one on one program and worked mainly with Melinda, who was great to work with. 360 fitness Sherwood Park is the perfect sized gym, smaller, clean, and efficient.
Conscientious staff and clientele keep this gym running smoothly during the pandemic restrictions.
I accomplished my goal and lost 22 pounds and 5.3% body fat over the six weeks.
When I came in to work out I worked very hard and stayed focused to ensure proper form and make the best out of each 30 minute training session.
The key though was staying the course on the nutrition side, which provides a broad range of choices to keep you satisfied throughout the 6 weeks.

I completed the 6 week challenge at 360 Fitness and lost 20lbs and 5.4% of body fat! I have to say, I was very scared when I first started - I hadn’t been into the gym or been very active in a few years prior to starting . My fears immediately diminished when I met my trainer and started working out. Everyone is super friendly and I was always greeted by my name when I walked in the doors. The trainers are super personable and worked with me where I was at, pushing me just the right amount . I didn’t feel intimidated coming to the gym, like I have going to other places. I loved the 1:1 training, and I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a small, friendly, comfortable place to work out!
Such a fantastic experience! I completed the 6 week challenge- loved the results and the trainers! I signed up for a year and havent looked back! The trainers are truly there for you and help you work through injury and setbacks.
A very different type of gym then I'm used to. System revolves around customizing a program for each new member. The program is designed around eating quality food and at least 3 - 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Intervals Training) workouts per week.
I didn't think my body could take the training at first, I started at my own pace and have seen my endurance increase. I've lost 22 lbs in six weeks with the help of two personal trainers; Jacinta and Milinda.
The trainers work with clients to get through 5 exercises in 30 minute sessions.
I've progressed in in my fitness and weight loss goals. I'm seeing the results I want which compel me to keep going until I've lose the 100lbs I need to reach my target weight.
