    Best workout hands down. Each workout is different but easy to follow, different studio challenges make showing up more fun. It’s the best hour I can spend on myself that will pay off in the long run!

    The OTF Trainers are absolutely fantastic and you get a different workout every time. The heart monitoring makes the OTF system work for all ages. The best fitness organization around - by far!

    Awesome instructors...yay Lisa!..great atmosphere, .....motivated by others around me and jam packed 1 hour workout that I benefit from the entire day. I have never purchased a gym membership until I went to OT and you had me sold the first workout!

    No matter how I feel or what is happening, the hour I spend at Orange Theory Sherwood Park is never regrettable.
    For one hour I focus on ME. The trainers help me to remember that with a high five, "The Look" or threats of a butt kicking.
    Seriously LOVE the trainers, the staff, the workouts and above all how I feel when I walk out of there. The best feeling of all is that 'I Survived!!'

    Well defined time slot. Heart rate monitor. Difficulty really is determined by yourself yet the well define classes encourage you to do your best. Colour zones on tv screens easy to understand and available at all times. Scientifically designed workouts for maximum benefits in smallest amount of time. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
