(August 10, 2018, 3:04 am)Similar to the previous experiences, I've had a membership with this gym before and wanted out since the equipment seem rundown and unsafe. It was on February 2018 that I asked Shelly Prasad, the owner, to stop taking payments from my account. I did not receive any reply but I assumed that everything is good. Come March and I have still been charged. I did FOUR email attempts and few several phone calls before I finally got a response saying that she will stop the payment. However on April I was still deducted and that was the final straw. I went to her gym a few times to finally get a hold of her, and told her face to face that I wanted to cancel my membership and that I wanted a refund. What a shame that Shelly is a very unprofessional business owner!!!
