I never appreciated Perpetual Fitness gym until I stopped attending it. For the record, I only stopped attending as my university gym is “free” aka included in my overpriced tuition. My time at Perpetual was enjoyable, the staff was great; professional, friendly and willing to help out. The gym and locker rooms were very clean and the variety of equipment was impressive. I spent most of my time in the “power room” and enjoyed lifting at a gym that allowed individuals to move decent weight other than just do cable flies and use the eliptical. Was impressed with the fact that PF actually had a swiss bar aka football as well as a hex bar aka trap bar. Despite popular belief those are not a staple in every gym. Its great to support local business, especially the ones that give back to the community and are well priced. Will be going back.

Best gym in the spruce grove/stony plain area. Friendly staff and management, always clean, and equipment is well maintained. Their pricing is great as well.
