“I have a very sever needle phobia, the type that causes me to put off any procedures or tests that involve a poke. I went in today for blood work and I was as usual ..very anxious! I had an amazing nurse named Tina. She was patient with me and kind. I appreciated that she didn't point out my tattoos and piercings as most nurses do!!! (((Tattoos and piercings are in no way related to a needle phobia, for me anyways. Having that pointed out is frustrating not comforting))). I found all the staff to be pleasant and professional. I was in and out in no time. I had a wonderful experience and will be back!!!!!!”
